Starters

French onion soup, cheese crouton (V)

Pan fried scallops, crispy pork belly, white onion puree, samphire

Miniature venison pithivier, celeriac fondants, wild mushroom, red wine jus

Beetroot, carrot and fennel terrine, goats cheese mousse, pickled pear chutney (V)

Lemon and dill salmon tartare, saffron hollandaise, crispy fennel salad

Fillet ‘Tornedoes Rossini’, pomme neuf, baby carrots and madeira jus

Roasted chicken breast, chicken and tarragon bon bon, fondant potato, Kauffman cabbage  

Pan fried hake, Biroldo sausage and red wine risotto, braised stuffed leeks

Roasted shoulder of pork stuffed with sage and garlic, caramelised pear, root vegetable and potato parmentier
