Pea and mint soup chunky bread

Chicken liver and pistachio parfait, toasted brioche, apple and prune chutney

Crayfish and prawn cocktail, poached cucumber, baby gem, chargrilled sour dough

Squash, chilli and harricot bean Ragu, cauliflower fritter (Vegan)

Smoked mackerel fish cake, beetroot and watercress salad, lemon mayonnaise

 

 

MAINS

 

Roast Beef, Lamb, Chicken Breast or Nut Roast (V) with Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal Vegetables

Seared calves liver, bubble and squeak, crispy pancetta and salt baked carrot

Slow braised pork belly, celeriac croquette, carrot and cumin puree and tenderstem broccoli

Halloumi, fricassee of new potatoes, Jerusalem artichoke, baby beets, red onion and cranberry pesto (V)

8oz sirloin steak, chunky chips mushroom fricassee and grilled tomato and peppercorn sauce

Salmon, pea and spinach risotto, chargrilled spring onions
