Starters

Potato and leek soup with smoked cheese croute and cheese scone (V)

Black Pudding scotch egg, vegetable piccalilli and red onion jelly

Crayfish cocktail, poached cucumber, baby gem and grilled sour dough

Goats cheese gratin, pickled chestnut mushrooms, roasted onions and sour dough (V)

Chicken liver and pistachio terrine, brioche toast, prune and apple chutney

Mains

Roast Turkey breast with Gammon or Nut Roast (vegan) cranberry chestnut stuffing, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, brussel sprouts, honey roast carrots and parsnips and broccoli

Skirt steak with blue cheese fondue, stuffed tomato, watercress and shallot salad, chunky chips and chimichurri dressing

Smoked haddock and cod wellington, crushed new potatoes, baby spinach, cheese and chive cream

Lentil, beetroot and pine nut loaf, roast potatoes, honey roast carrots and parsnips & broccoli (V)

Chicken breast stuffed with wild mushrooms and truffles, confit chicken wing, celeriac fondant and Kale

Desserts 

Homemade Christmas Pudding with brandy cream and soaked raisins

Peanut butter parfait, caramel, candied peanuts and brittle

Clementine brule, lemon sorbet, lemon balm and clementine and mint salsa

Kentish blue, Black bomber and Brie with biscuits, grapes and chutney

Orange glaze panettone bread and butter pudding with crème anglaise

This menu must be pre-ordered by 1st December and a £5 per person deposit will be collected on booking

A 10% Service charge will be added on food only for parties over 8 persons
