Smoked salmon with celeriac remoulade, honey and mustard dressing and granary bread

 

Minestrone soup with garlic croutons

 

Chicken liver pate with sticky onion chutney and granary toast

 

Grilled halloumi with a sunblushed tomato salad (V)

 

MAINS

 

Roast Beef, Lamb, Chicken Breast or Nut Roast (V) with Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and Chefs seasonal Vegetables  

 

Pan Roasted fillet of cod with saffron new potatoes, samphire and a bouillabaisse sauce  

 

Overnight cider braised pork belly with black pudding mash,

 cabbage parcel and squash puree

 

Ratatouille and Gruyere cheese gratin with a celeriac and red cabbage remoulade  (V)
