4 course menu £65 per person including DJ

 10% service charge on food only

A pre-order is required by the 10th December

Starters

Wild mushroom and salsify broth with chestnut and mushroom ravioli

Pan seared rabbit loin with petit pois a la francaise 

Lemon scallops with bacon lardons, champagne sabayon and gruyere gratin

Gnocchi with sage, squash puree and Kentish blue cheese (V)

Mains

Lobster thermidor with julienne fries

Roasted fore rib of beef with creamed horseradish mash, roast baby carrots and pan juices

Whole roasted Poussin with a shallot and thyme parmentier potato and a tarragon veloute

Beetroot, horseradish and spinach wellington with baby vegetable medley (V)

Desserts

Apple crumble soufflé with vanilla ice cream

Pink prosecco and white peach parfait

Custard tart with poached Rhubarb

Chocolate Delice with roasted nut crumble and clementine ice cream
